We begin each cheesecake by handcrafting our cream cheese, created from quality Canadian grass-fed dairy. Our fresh, whole eggs are locally sourced within Alberta, and we exclusively use beet sugar cultivated and processed in southern Alberta. These, combined with a few other wholesome ingredients, culminate in our exceptionally smooth, light, and luxurious dessert.
