Located in Calgary Alberta, we meticulously produce our cheesecakes in small batches, using only the finest ingredients. We begin each cheesecake by handcrafting our cream cheese, created from quality Canadian grass-fed dairy. Our fresh, whole eggs are locally sourced within Alberta, and we exclusively use beet sugar cultivated and processed in southern Alberta. These, combined with a few other wholesome ingredients, culminate in our exceptionally smooth, light, and luxurious dessert.
